products are great , i went there couple of months ago , i thought it was on sale still , i open a bag and see a 30% off ticket inside so i was like wow ok ill take that but when i ask the staff , she tells me ( sorry the product isnt on sale anymore ) so i asked well the 30% was in it so i will take it with the 30% , but the girl tells me that ( did you put it in ) i was like wow really? but the most of my point goes to the stuaff who doesnt care about their costumers , i walked in to see stuff , no hello or a smile they just chill in the back of the store and judge you if you are going to buy something or even worth their time to help you out but even worse the eyes of the bodyguard who stays at the door no smile nothing , its like going into prison , i will avoid this store from now on , and go to the one on mirabel .

Poor customer experience! Bald guy at the cash couldn't do adjust my watch... Much easier for them to just make the sale.Would not recommend this MK.... I've been several times to the one in Mirabel, and the staff is super friendly.Please Laval, re-evaluate the staff you have on the floor which represent your brand...you have lost a customer...

I stopped in looking for a specific item. Sandro was able to find it on their website just from my description, faster than I could find it myself! Very efficient, personable and welcoming service! I didn't even buy anything and he made me feel like a VIP client. Kudos!

Staff is not knowledgeable about their products which is strange for a high end store like this.

Loved my experience at the store. I'm a huge fan of kors but I usually order online. This time I needed the shoe same day so I called the confirm and put it aside. Alessandro , the seller was nice and welcoming. Shop was clean. He gave me great advice for my shoe selection, whether it was what I could wear with them, which size to go to. Ide definitely go back . Thanks !

Horrible horrible horrible experience! I bought a pair of slip on sandal for $180 thinking they will be of higher quality and comfortable. They where very uncomfortable, I had bruises all over my feet from wearing them for only two hours. I went back to the store to see if there is anything they can do and was even more dissapppointed with the way I was treated! The staff was extremely rude, all they said is that if they have been worn they are not refundable, didn't even try to think of a solution and litterally all walked away from me and completly ignored me! I had never been so insulted in my life!Product was horrible, service was even worst! Never ever putting my foot there again!
