Really impressed with these people. Sold some gold and got paid more than expected because the store manager took the piece as jewelry rather than scrap metal. I thought that was very fair play. Professional shop all around.

I have had this watch for a few years (one battery change), but still, I expect the second hand to stay put longer than that. The same thing happened to my wife's Atlas 32 after about the same amount of time. I had an issue with this location the other day. But Shawn the owner fixed the issue immediately earlier today and gave me the best customer service experience which he was very courteous which made me so very happy today. The owner of this location is so amazing. I've been coming here for over 25 years. If you have an issue, Shawn will rectify it right away. Also their employee Jeff is amazing to deal with with outstanding customer service and he's always so very courteous with Customers. If you come to this location you'll be amazed with how great their customer service is and they have great products to pick from and also always give you great deal to buy your products from you. Their Pawn system is great as well.Shawn and Jeff you guys are the best. Thank you so much.

Great shop I take my 2 momentum watches for service . They have a big selection of new and reconditioned watches . Have had good experiences there with my old watches . Highly recommend momentum for a watch.

My sister was looking at the rings and requested to try one of them on. One of your older male employees repeatedly asked very rudely Are you going to buy it? " With reluctance he went behind the counter and let her try the ring on. Probably never coming back because of this very rude service. Not impressed. Sadly I will be sharing this experience with my friends and Instagram followers ;)"

My solar watch had issues after about a year. Vaughan Mills location replaced the darn thing. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience dealing with Carignan Watch Repair Co. They beautifully restored two family heirloom pocket watches, one of which I had been told was unrepairable. They told me up front that there was a waiting list and to expect a wait time of about 6-7 months, after which they told me they were ready to receive the watches to begin work. They were clear about cost and kept me appraised by email after receiving the watches, during repair, and when finished. They told me they were available to answer any questions I might have.This was an outstanding professional experience and I recommend them highly.
